Has anyone seen this one before? My 93 SHO's blower comes on with the ignition key and will not shut off. The system(s) work fine (heat, AC) but the fan is constantly on high no mater what. I have an extra head unit, changed that and it didn't make any difference.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Its proper name is the Blower Motor Speed Control module. They go bad all the time.

Good news is, replacing them is pretty easy - if you have a good back.

Well, this is what it looks like, anyway:

BCM

If you get under the dashboard on the passenger side, you'll see two little twist-on nut/tie/whatchamacallits holding a plastic shield up. Remove those, and you'll be able to see it. IIRC, two 8mm bolts hold it in. Like I said, easy to get to, but you'll be on your back in the passenger side footwell the whole time, so have your chiropractor on speed dial.

Thank you Shoforum... Took out the car from storage this week and the BCM seems like it crapped out. Blower fan runs on high all the time even when the eatc is off.

Yup, that's what it sounds like. I've noticed more and more of them going bad. If it's stuck on high, usually it's the relay that went bad and stuck closed. You might try whacking it a couple of times. The relay's the thing that looks like a [formerly] silver box on the part of the board that the cover, uh, covers.
