So what did you do to your SHO today!?

There are several TSB's concerning hard shifts from time to time... they have a strategy update that smooths out those random hardshifts..

Really, the only video that is concerning is the knocking... with the 4+ tune at 91 octane it could be knocking if you got really bad tank of gas.... have you tried taking out the 3bar map and reverting back to stock to see if the knock goes away?

The transmission does the same thing in drive, it's worse 2nd to 3rd, it'll sometimes rev up to 3k then drop back to around 2500rpm.
In the video and for the past 2 months or so, I've actually been running the car stock, so in the video it is stock. Definitely concerns me. The service manager told me that the cleaning of the intake and throttle body and all that should fix it. If not they will look into it further.

I would be shocked that cleaning the TB and Intake would fix that issue at all... I would get a second opinion before I shelled out money for them to spray TB cleaner..

I'm thinking the same thing, but I figured hey it won't hurt to have it cleaned anyways. I'll be putting new plugs in it as soon as I get it back.

Did a datalog and sent up to Torrie, what I got back was nothing short of an amazing update to an already amazing tune! Came with a free stupid smile on my face. Also did a quick wash as we just came back from STL.

Surprise surprise, they called me from the dealer, after the cleaning the knocking was still present so they want to keep it longer

Changed my diff oil. Came out golden. Been in there at least 20k miles. Not to mention lots of hard boost launches, street races and hard driving by me. Pulled the cover, dropped the exhaust a few inches to make it easier. Then I decide to just drill and tap a drain hole/plug. The thought of going thru that again irritated me. Found a nice area, drilled and used a 1/8 27npt tap. (Ptu is next for a drain plug) plug is the Same part # as our trans drain. Amsoil 75w90 severe gear. Need to clean the housing

Tint is 20% all around and the brand is Madico... I have it on my Explorer as well.

The cover that is removed is those pics has a plug you remove to fill.
It also serves as a full maker.
You fill it until the fluid level reaches the hole.

How did you determine where the full level is to drill the hole?

The hole that he drilled is for emptying the RDU only, the fill port is on the cover.

The fill plug is already built in, you are adding a drain plug. Rule of thumb is to fill through the fill plug until the fluid starts to spill out from there. The official fill amount, assuming all old fluid has been evacuated is around 1.15L, I believe.
