Won't idle after first startup...

My car has been acting up after the first start of the morning lately. I start it and within seconds the idle drops and it chugs or dies. It gets worse if I put it in gear. I have to feather the throttle to keep it going. After a few seconds, it comes right out of it and idles perfect.

IAC Possibly?

Yes, possibly a sticky one that is starting to move after enough volume pushes past it. You could try cleaning it, or you can always just replace it.

I had a similar issue with my car, right after I took her out of storage. After I cleaned the IAC all seemed to be good. I did however run 1/2 can of induction cleaner through her after that just for good measure.

In either case, good luck.
