so what is the revison all about? what causes the stock tob to fail/ my stock clucth would sometimes grind. i figured it wasnt the syncos since it only did it once in awhile so are my problems in the tob or maybe my clutch fork. i noticed alot of metal shavings inside the tranny case. i just want to make sure it all works good once reassembled. the pressure plate fingers look fine

Sometimes it can be the fluid you use, some have different experiences with different fluids such as grinding in certain gears and tough shifting. I just replaced my clutch yesterday and had Redline in it from the PO and had a tough time getting it into second gear, we drained a lot out and replaced it with something different the name I do not recall but maybe Joe can chime in if he sees this. It shifts great now, real smooth and I'm loving it...

If you have it apart, it would be fairly simple to check the TOB and see if it is bad....
