Also, I want to make clear the cb-1437p is not a direct drop in for the cb-1435p. You do have to file down the tang to get them to snap in properly. If that tang is not filed completely flush, it could lead to the bearing being in tension / out of round.
I'd recommend at least a spare connecting rod and a nice mic/bore gauge to check fitment of each modified bearing before anything is disassembled. Then plastigauge once you're under the car to make sure you're happy with the clearances.
