Had my '14 SHO in the dealership for some maintenance, and they returned it to a stock tune, from the GH tune . They called me and asked if I still had the original sensor, because they couldn't get to run correctly with the 3 bar sensor. So I gave them the sensor to install, paid my bill and left. My question is, I have a tune revision for the GH intercooler, can I just load the revision tune and reinstall the 3 bar map sensor? The tech showed me a computer screen and told me to take a photo of the numbers that were displayed because they might be different from what they were originally. Should I contact GH and advise them of all this? BTW, it feels like a pig without the tune.

You should be fine installing the 3bar and flashing the custom tune again. Backup this factory tune just in case. It's never a bad idea to reach out to the tuner for his advice. It's possible something in the factory tune is different from the base he used, so he may want to send a new tune.

Get a OBD2 port cap with a "No Flash" warning if you're going to have the dealer service it so they know not to install any factory tunes. Just telling the tech doesn't always help, since they don't always tell the mechanic (or he forgets).

Thanks! I had a problem with one of my key fobs and thought that they could just access PATS without getting into the operating system but according to the tech the PATS is tied into the rest of the computer. He also explained how Ford and the DoT have hamstrung him, he can't even change a tire size in the computer

I would make sure the strategy code is the same as the one you sent to GH to get your tune. If it is different you will need to let GH know before re flashing it.

late to the party as usual, I could make one for sure, and I know tracking devices have security set screws to prevent them from being removed from the OBD port, I could incorporate a small hole for a screw on the bottom and really get the message across. Ill work on a concept and Ill post all of my current products here shortly.
