Have you ever had the timming checked out on the car. It sounds like you timming gears might need to be replaced. If not that have your mass air flow checked out.
This is what I wrote in my first post with new 60k and timing etc:
After doing the full 60K a couple of weeks ago at the shop they installed plugs (Ford), wires, new seals, gaskets, water pump, crank sensor and seal, timing belt, valve adjustment etc and I still get no power past 4000 rpm. My condition on cold start where the engine seems to be not running on all cylinders until about 5 min of running still exists. I've checked the secondaries and they do move when the engine is revved up. I also have that warm start condition and received a CEL the other day.
I have cleaned out the throttle body in the past about a year ago or so, but never quite knew how to disassemble the MAF to clean it properly. Any advice on this would help please. See codes below:
KOEO
111
214 CID Circuit failure

KEOR
213 Ignition spout or SAW circiut open or shorted
521 PSPS did not change states or wheel not turned
536 BOO Circuit failure

Thanks everyone

You list in your sig you have a 93 mtx and a 95 atx? Is this the 95 your are referring too?

A long shot might me your VSS. You say you have no power after 4k and I know from local member his VSS went out (atx too) after experiencing the same type issues. The only diff is his car would just shift at around 4k and go no further on the rpms. Just a thought and some clarification on the car you are working with.

I believe he posted somewhere in here that it was the 93 he was working on.

It is the 93 I'm referring too BTW. I will continue to appreciate feedback though. I am in the process of picking up a new cam position sensor as I am now too experiencing an inoperative tach. I had cleaned off the contacts and it seemed okay for awhile but now it's worse than ever.
Thanks again

Okay guys. I've just replaced the CAM sensor because the last time I drove the car I had no TACH and terrible warm start issues. I also cleaned out the MAF and I have power again - AMAZING!!! I seem to have a slightly less torque at low RPM though, and my warm starts are better but not instant like my 95.
I disconnected the battery to do the job and turned on the headlight switch while I worked on the car.
After the test drive I checked codes: KOEO 111 KOER 111
I guess that's a good sign.
Does the computer have to relearn the starting procedure again?
Thanks

Even after driving the car for a few days my tach always works, but I experience longer crank times than normal still. The car runs much better but still does not start as easy as my 95 when warm. No codes anymore either BTW.
