anyone who wants to come and watch/help, send me a pm
i SHOULD be doing them this weekend... if RCM actually ships them
otherwise... the weekend of the 8th -_-
hopefully they aren't as bad as the LeBaron's...
the LeBaron(with brand spanking new rod bearings)... after getting the car from my house to the shop at school(one mile)... suffered major damage... more copper than there was metal left on the crank...
and i hope and pray they aren't as bad as Dave's predicting... i can guarantee copper... but hoping that the crank isn't in need of grinding

anywho I'll give this an update once i receive the rod bearings
shouldn't be long... i ordered them Thursday night

I will be up north this weekend and I will be attending Adam's get together on the 8th. During the week...maybe.

rod bearings replaced
the worst rod bearing had a spot of copper as big as 2 or 3 erasers on a pencil
car still ran like crap
so we replaced the wires under the burned insulation
no real improvement
so we replaced the PCM - after trying to figure out what the heck was wrong
that didn't do anything
now - after a DTC popped up as well as the car will not start - we've determined it's a crank position sensor
so that is on its way from RCM

OH
the money for the converntion is on its way to Prarie Sage Enterprises

yeah sounds like a friday night job to me... then saturday is fun day

You do realize that the 8th is a Friday, right? Or is something else fun planned for Saturday? Just want to make sure there isn't any confusion, as Adam's last meets have always been on Saturdays.

we already did them... last week friday... it has nothing to do with the 8th, that was written on the 23rd of may

EDIT: i meant saturday was a fun day because he could drive his car that day... but that wasnt the case either.... looking back it was very poorly worded and confusing with the quote

Not to be mean, but I don't think that is a good idea. Be honest about it. Or put work first before play. You wouldn't want to lose your job after you just got it. Besides, if you are working, then that means you have money for your SHO. And you know they require a lot of that stuff....
