Ok, so we did not even see a rod bearing today...we did however figure out quite possibly the easiest way to pull a motor and tranny (and front suspension...and steering) This was a very smooth and trouble free endevour...rust belt eat your hearts out.

Yeah, I put my bare knee on the asphalt for about a millisecond when I was dealing with a leaky speedbleeder. Not a good idea.

So you guys did in a day what it took me much longer to do on the pumpkin. Same sort of thing except I left the struts in. Tom showed me how you used the pallet jack, which is a great idea.

I think I'd have rather been helping with that than baking on the asphalt at PIR.

Yeah, we felt bad for you Eric so we broke a sweat too. I've got to figure out how to get a 2-post lift in the garage. It would have been soooo much easier with a lift.

BTW, I want to give a very hearty thank you to Mike (F-22 Raptor SHO) and Chris (SHO Sleeper) for coming all the way out to my house to help me out. It sure was nice of you guys to do that for me, I really appreciated it. It would have taken me 4 weeks and two bottles of Nuprin to get all that done.

Thanks again guys.

Tom I had a great time, and besides my grandchildren will still be paying my debt to you off. BTW I left my watch out there on the shelves...if you could stash it somewhere safe, I'd be grateful. Hey mike I just found a headunit (radio) just like your's in one of the pull-a-parts here in PHX if your ebay unit does not work out let me know.

I will swap you for a kick butt silver watch I found on the shelf at Tom's. :naughty:

I'm interested even though I have one being shipped as we speak...u see, if the SHO came with an 8 track player, I would probably have one of those too.

Got it. PM me your schedule and your 20's and I'll meet up with you. I've been working out at Lockheed Martin all week, driving right past you.
