This ended up being a techs answer to such a messed up diagnostic. Which ended up making alot of sense. This may not help anyone but and I will not confirm or lay blame on PPE, it's a great product. And don't believe they caused the problem. But I can see O2s taking there time to throw a code. So if anyone has lost all hope, and suffering misfires with all new parts, swap the PCM. I was told it's the one module that doesn't like to throw a code to let you know it's gone bad. I got the the PCM from a SHO with 10,000 miles, and with all the days they had it and with programming of PCM, and purchase of it , and wiring, bill was only $600. They honestly said they felt sorry for me. They saw I care about my car.
"Tech at the Ford dealer, believes the PPE may have during there break-in, carbon fouled the downstream, when engine was off fumes then worked up to upstream, laying soot on them, Causing a rich burn, but not setting off o2 codes. With rich burn all plugs then carbon fouled. I kept them and showed them to the techs. They took off back DP, completely black inside, and PPEs have been on the car for only 8 months. Then misfires sent voltage back to PCM, frying the board. Along with bad alarm install then removal added to voltage being sent back to PCM with numerous wires still found to be live."
I didn't even know the fuse panel and trunk leftovers from an alarm install existed. They found numerous live wires not taped or capped off. I reinstalled all mods I've done so far. And they did a great job fixing all wiring that was spliced into. Runs great and with recheck of plugs no wet oil on plugs, gives me hope there was no engine damage . Guess I'll be doing plugs every 15,000 miles and O2s too. Keep it safe.
