Now that everything is worked out, and all the confusion is figured out, if anyone reads this in the future and your suffering with misfires on this platform even after changing coils, plugs, O2s, go ahead and change the fuel injectors too. One leaking injector can produce codes that have nothing to do with the injectors, which In turn causes frustration in trying to find the problem. Tech told me injectors on my F-150 Ecoboost will last 150,000 miles, which they have, but transverse Ecoboosts are in the shop all the time for injector replacement with under 100,000 miles. . He recommended changing transverse Ecoboosts injectors every 50,000 miles, even if there is no issues.
Tech informed me on what makes that chirp sound when a misfire happens, it comes from PCM cutting power to the HPFP, making the solenoid in it chirp.

Thanks but is it completely assanine to have to buy and swap injectors every 50k miles. Ford dropped the ball on that.

Completely agree. I kept my SHOs injectors, and would like to compare them to the F150s injectors. Plus its a scam our motorcraft injectors are $100 more than the F-150 3.5s.
