Did you get a code for crank sensor? Do you know the history of the car or when the water pump or crank sensor was last replaced?Ah you are correct, my bad.
Yeah I would just like to replace it. Car jumped time so while I'm in there I figured I'd just do what everyone reccommends.
I bought the car knowing it needed some work but in the short time I've owned it I've discovered it usually ain't as simple as "I'll run up to advance and get one." Initially the tensioner pulley bearing was screaming. No one in town could get it so I made a new pulley to accomadate an average tensioner bearing. Just tonight I went to pick up a crank seal and was told they couldn't get that either but to be fair I haven't been everywhere for that yet. Parts availability for this thing is making me nervous.
Front crank seals are on the Shosource website.
