i am in the middle of a clutch replacement, i am also replacing the trans with a freshly rebuilt one ( well i replaced bearings and syncros as well as seals, not really a rebuild). in the process i have found typical problems, the throw out bearing has cut most of my pressure plates fingers off.
What i am needing help on is the two pins that retain the throw out bearing to the forrk. They are in my service manual for 1989 under the installation section for the clutch page 16-02-3 if interested. the pins are listed as part n801408-s/ ..does anyone know where i could get them or what i could use in there place? i am sure i could find something that will work, but if anyone has found something that worked out well for them please let me know.:thankyou:
