My engine was on a run stand when I bought the car. The previous owner had run it on the stand. He had chopped the harness down to what was required. I stole the wiring harness he had for stand running and moved it directly over to the car. That way, I just leveraged his wiring work directly to the car. That article describes what pins and what harness connectors are required pretty well.

I think i realized my mistake i never jumped the clutch interrupt switch so the ecm is probably reading itself in the on position without wanting to send spark so its not sending power out to the DIS module because the clutch switch isnt happy

The pros on this site would likely convince you to check for codes via the KOEO test. I am a relative noob and struggled with a similar problem until just recently... Mine was the crankshaft position sensor, but the codes (or lack thereof) will likely point you
Well i got the tester but the code reader shows no codes on it and your saying thats what told you it was a bad cps?

I thought the clutch switch just kept it from cranking.

Well everyone that had helped thanks alot guys but i found a way to test out the crank sensor and its not testing out so well
And you can test it by plugging a multimeter into the prongs and testing for kohms anything over 10kohms and the sensor or wiring has failed and low and behold it failed10000498691000049873

That link says resistance SHOULD measure over 10 ohms.
