Alright so im new here but i have some knowledge about the sho engines anyway let me get to the point.

So i have recently bought a 1989 sho engine and i have the body bcu and ecu and i need to put it together to start it on the ground i have a transmission to put the starter on and start the engine but i am missing the fuel feed lines and spark plug wires so for the fuel feed lines id preferably would like to make my own because i am throwing this into a 280zx

But if you all have some diagrams and such that would be a massive help
Below ill attach a photo of the line that i am talking about ignore the valve cover being off i was replacing the gaskets and orings for the valve covers

Have you done the dimension measuring with intake on vs engine compartment on the 280? I've seen quite a few swap ideas not pan out due to the amount of chassis modification needed to make it fit.

The l28e is the same height as the sho surprisingly but this engine has fit into a 260z which has a very similar engine bay

For some reason those cars seemed too narrow to fit one but it's been a very long time since I've had a close look at one. If this goes forward I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Do you have a Helm's Factory repair manual. You will need one if you are going to move forward. The thick book is general Taurus and the thinner one is SHO specific content. You can find used in sets or individually for a good price. I recommend for all owners

look at post #2 where the link will take you to the SHO Engine book, in it you can probably find the info you might need. The link also has a lot of stuff related to SHO you might find useful (thank you to member itwonder for having all this information available)
