I just bought a 91 SHO from the original owner(elderley couple)
Amazing they had a SHO.. Andyway, the sold it since it wouldnt start.(sitting 5+ years).. I can get it to Crank, and pulled codes , 21,24,67.
But I don't hear a fuel pump whine when i turn the key on??
All my other SHO's did, 92,94,95 years..
Are the 91 quiet?
Wouldnt a bad fuel pump kick out a code?
Also i noticed while pulling codes, i got the one set of codes in the 20's
then a single flash, then the code 67.. Is this normal?

I've always been ablt to hear my fuel pump. I would start with the basics....check for fuel at the rail, and check for spark. I know there is a wed site somewhere to check your codes. It might be linked to the old shotime website. Good luck

NO fuel at the rail.. SO bad pump??
On a 91 can you do the floor cut to get to the pump? Or is that for the 92 and up only?

Take fuel cap off and then listen there while someone else turns the key. Some pumps are said to be quiet, but you hear it at the filler for sure. If no fuel, check fuses and cutoff switch in the trunk

WHat fuse is it?? Is it in the fuse panel or somewhere else?
Also my inertia switch is gone from the trunk(just wired together) and i know this is not a good thing, but at least its wired together so i have a complete circuit(and yes i will get a switch for all the safety nuts out there)
Is there a relay somewhere for the pump?
This car has a full tank of gas, and dropping that for the pump is going to be a pain!
Unless I can cut the floor like a 92?

Yes, you can cut the floor. The relay is the big thing under the emissions plaque on the core support. Check that first. Turn the key to the on position and see if the CEL is dim. If not, proced to cut the hole in the floor and check for power at the pump.

CEL is not dim with key on.. So i guess its time to cut the floor.
Is the measurments the same on a 91, like on a 92-95?
