11-12psi dumping boost on wot after boost launch

Both mine were fine and in great condition. I noticed also it seems like the car will do a turbo bark on light accel let offs and not always open blow off. I’m redoing all the vacuum lines and turbo seals and putting billet compressor wheels on this weekend so we ll see how it goes after that. Maybe the wastegates diaphrams arnt sealing ?

So about a month ago i noted i was unable to build any boost and it was just blowing off and stuttering whenever i put my foot into it. check under the hood and a vacuum hose was popped loose right up on top of the manifold by the front BOV. Popped it back on and symptoms gone. Now about a month later it is back with same symptoms. checked all the vacuum lines around air intake/on the manifold and there is no evident leak.
not sure where to go from here. someone suggested checking the BOVs.
With the stock tune it is much less pronounced but you can still here the blow off when in boost and the car is very slow, even for stock.
