Loss of boost in 2015

So my SHO just started losing boost. First noticed it on the highway when I could hear an air leak under load, then it disappeared and boost came back like normal. Was only going up to about 4lbs of boost, once in a while I'd get the full boost intermittently. Little further down the road and I lost boost again, no audio effect this time. Parked the car until I could diagnose further. Turbos were both replaced less than 10k miles ago. Unfortunately my truck had a brake line let go this morning and I had a flight I couldn't miss so I took the car just to get me there. I'm now getting a CEL with a p0131 code (02 sensor low voltage, bank 1 sensor 1) and a previous code that never popped the CEL of P0442. Thinking maybe a bad blowoff valve or diaphragm along with a bad 02 sensor. Any other ideas on what it may be?

I would start with the BOV diaphragms. Easy enough to check, and easy (enough) to replace.
From there, check noisemaker or the delete method of choice, for leaks.
Those are easy leak checks, from there you need to get pretty into checking lines.
