Okay so a small problem while removing the crank pulley. The bolt for my puller snapped off while pulling it off. Thankfully the pulled was off enough I was able to get a gear puller on it to pull it off the rest of the way. However the bolt that remains in the dampener. Will this effect it much?

I can see enough of a stub sticking out the back end I am going to try and attempt to weld a nut on to it and extract it. Already tried with some vise grips and there isn’t enough to grab a hold of, and the position is somewhat awkward and doesn’t let you turn with it anyway. Thoughts?
