What temperature of thermostat do you use? What're the daily temps where you are?

I have included a photo of the thermostat I use (H88). It is original, as well as the ECT and gauge sensors. The temperature in summer is 35 degrees Celsius and in winter 10 degrees Celsius, however, at any temperature, the problem is the same.
