will water in plug wells evaporate

Just a though i had after going through a car was and my car started idling rough for a few minutes.

If you get water in your plug wells, wont it eventually evaporte from being by all that heat?

Not if the plug boots are sealing at the valve covers. But then, you ask, if the plug boots are sealing at the valve covers, then how did the water get inside the wells? Pressure I say.

You could remove a fair amount of water from the wells by getting the engine hot and pulling the plug boots from the valve covers. I would recommend not putting yourself in a position to have to do this however.

Go to a radio shack and buy a can of air. Blow the water out and dry it with a hair dryer.
