I’m back, boys.
Been about 18 years since I last owned a SHO, but it never really left me. You know how it is… it just sits in the back of your mind waiting for the right one to come along.
Well, I finally found it.
Just brought home a clean 93 atx black-on-black with 50k original miles. Garage-kept its whole life. The back seat honestly looks like it’s never even been used. A couple small interior blemishes and some light paint fade on one side from sitting in a garage with sunlight coming through—but overall, this thing is about as close to mint as you can expect.
Had about a 4-hour ride home and man… the moment those secondaries opened up, it all came rushing back. That pull, that sound—nothing like it. Instantly reminded me why I fell in love with these cars in the first place.
The best part? My daughter—who was just a baby when I had my last SHO—actually came with me to pick this one up.
Full circle moment right there.
Looking forward to being back in the community and getting this one dialed in.
