what is the normal fuel pressure on a 93 atx???

my 93 is having issues starting and i checked the fuel pressure and it is a little under 25 psi. i cant find specs for what it should be but i know that 25 is low. or at least a little lower than what it should be. if anyone knows anything it would help out a lot. thanx

Normal FP should be 39psi with no vac or boost. Jump the fuel pump with the engine off and test the pressure. 39psi is what you are looking for.

And when the engine is running, it should drop into the low 30's.
