I can post plans to make jammers that will know out ALL (police, TV, radio, etc) radio signals within a 1/4 mile. Or plans for jammers that will fry radio devices nearby. Heh... And all for less then $20, you too can make one.
If your that paranoid about cops all around you, you can get a scanner for in the car. I have a 800MHz trunking system that works great. It's just the right size to fit in the pocket under the stereo (where my EQ is right now). You'll need to check your local laws but I know in MN all you need is a ham opperators lisence (which just takes a quick 20 min test) to be able to legally listen to one while your vehicle is in motion. Then you just program in local cities police freqs in groups of neiborghing cities in each freq bank. Just the state patrol on the main bank and your set. All you have to do is tune in and you know where everything is happenin.
