Your best bet is to post some pictures and a lot of people have first hand experience in analysing these things. I have seen them before on this forum but I cant remember anything that would help to search for it.

Posting pictures is fairly hard to do, so good luck. I think there should be a "how to" somewhere on this forum, because it is beyond me.
I would message Area91 when you get them up to view. He seems confident that used bearings, gears, syncros and things that have been through **** can be reused, and has the knowledge to know where the limit is.
You were so helpful on my clutch, that I wish I had an tranny to give to you, but all mine are still in active service. If you get one to limp along for the next year or so, I will let you know when I have a death in my fleet, and we will talk then.
Good luck and may the Force be with you.

Here is something I found that may help the picture situation.
Maybe post it under a different heading, the "How do I" section is not the first one read.

Posting pictures is super easy.

1. Goto www.imageshack.com
2. Hit "Browse" and Select a jpg from your hard drive
3. check the remove size/resolution bar
4. Hit "Start Upload"
5. Copy and past the DIRECT link into this thread like this...
the link you pasted [img/]

Hope this works, I still haven't done it myself, mostly because I lost the wire that attaches my camera to the computer.

The tag is useful for pictures hosted outside of the forum. Unfortunately, the [img] tag doesn't (that I've seen) have the ability to control the size.

Files uploaded to the forum are subject to size constraints, of course.

The FAQ has a section on attachments, describing how to link (via [img]) external pictures as well as uploading them to the forum.
