Timing ???

Ok i know the points on the belt side are to be at 12oclock and they never meet when turning. Does that go the same for the cams... My dad said they should meet. I broke the exhaust cam only. Motor way timed by White91+ before the cam broke. I should be able to time just that one cam.

The intake cam is timed. The exhaust cam isnt. do the points meet or do they do what the belt side does. meet at 12. or do they meet like exhast cam at 3 and intake at 9???
