I don't think I gained any HP by getting it in time??? How is that possible!!!??? The cam pulleys were ONE TOOTH off. ANybody have any suggestions?
I did notice, however, something else tonight. The gas pedal will stick if I floor it. I never noticed that before. Would this be the throttle cable? If so, could this be my HP problem?
What next?????

If your throttle cable is stretched and not opening the throttle plate all the way. Have your wife put the gas pedal to the floor while you examine the throttle mechanism. Verify whether it opens all the way or not. Shawn from IPT had a stretched out throttle cable that was sapping quite a bit of power.

Also, did you find that Spout connector? I've never gone looking for it myself so I don't know where it is. If you didn't find it maybe sdpatt or somebody else can give you a call and guide you over the phone to find it.

To find what is sticking in the the throttle linkage, rotate the throttle shaft by hand to check the throttle itself for free movement. If not there, clean and lubricate the throttle body and throttle shaft. Next check the cable. Rotate the throttle fully open by one hand and push and pull the cable with the other hand. You should be able to hear the gas pedal flopping inside the car. If the cable moves easily, you then need to check the gas pedal for free motion. If not, find the restriction and lubricate the pivot points. It has to be one of the three parts of the throttle linkage: pedal, cable or throttle shaft.

The SPOUT connector is a gray colored plug in a black connector about 5" up the wire from the CID sensor's end connector. You should find the plug in the tangle of wires above the power steering pump.

When you find the Spout connector and if it's plugged in OK, then unplug it and take the car for a drive. If you don't notice a difference in power then you can assume that there is a problem in the spout circuit. The next, easiest step would be to clean the connectors and look for broken or otherwise damaged wiring.

Thanks.
BTW, I saw Denny's dyno (his sho was powered like mine, got his timing right, and bam... all was fixed), our dyno plots are totally different. My peak torque came a lot earlier than his (see sig.). And most oddly, when MY secondaries opened up, both HP and torque DROPPED immediately. When HIS opened up, HP and torque increased like they ought to.
Apparently, I have other issues to deal with.
Sounds like a vacuum leak to me, but how on earth could you find it?

BTW, there are 2 different SPOUT connector styles. One is gray, one is black. Usually there is a diagram of the pinout style of the SPOUT on the radiator shroud cover decals also.

My green 95's is black, with 2 overend clips; my 89 is a gray one.

Other than HP/TQ on the dyno does your SHO idle/run well? And did the timing change anything?

projectsho, look at it this way... you guys get to share your priceless expertise! :D
Ri sho, yes, it idles and runs very well. And NO I don't THINK the timing changed anything.
More bandwith, er, I mean questions...
There is a black connector thing right above the PS pump, it appears to be capped off. I uncapped it and it is yellow with 2 prongs inside. What is that?
Is the spout connector a wire harness? Does it have prongs inside it?
The back left corner of the engine (near the spark plug boot) is where 2 fuel hoses (?) (the metal tabs) meet to screw in. One hose says "high pressure fuel". The screw is not there. That is not a ground connection is it?
MAP sensor... could this be a possible culprit?
