Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I had previously used a 500 lbs torque wrench that did not work. I ended up borrowing a friends 600 lbs torque wrench which ended up breaking the bolt loose. While trying to bump start it, I busted up both a craftman's 19mm 1/2 drive socket, and eventually the craftman ratchet. When I used the breaker bar, the motor would not turn over. The other suggestion of putting the car in gear and have someone stand on the brakes also did not work for me, cause the crank pulley would still turn.
And I do not know how any of you guys could possibly get the crank pulley back on without a torque wrench. Thanks again for all the suggestions.
