Specific coolant hose or straight hose?

Blew a hose today... Its the small hose that Y's off of the overflow tank and goes into the head behind the P/S pump and in front of the knock (i think?) sensor. Is this a specific piece or do I just buy a foot of coolant hose and bend it to fit?

The hose I am talking about can be seen to the left of this pic:

It looks very similar to the bypass hose that goes under the throttle body on the v6 cars. Maybe you can take it to autozone and match it up with something they keep in stock.

One of mine busted and upon removal so did the other one just used regular bulk hose. Never had an issue.

In case someone stumbles upon this in a search, these hoses are not even listed in the computers at NAPA or O'Reilly. I had a NAPA employee pull out his book of coolant hoses and we found some premade hoses that had some of the same angles and lengths as the broken hoses and that is what I used. Worked perfectly for me.
