Ok, glad that is behind me. It’s no joke, that install really sucked.

So, after 10 minutes of searching just to get eyes on the S hose to the back turbo I finally found it. You get about a 1” square field of vision and can only get one hand on it up, around, and through with your wrist at full bend. Got it off. It was hard to work a ratchet but no big deal. The rage came from trying to get the new silicone S coupler back on the turbo. You just have no way to push where you need to. Still, it isn’t 100% tight against the housing but after an hour or more of fury struggle and anger, I said good enough. I know it’s not going anywhere but I still don’t like 1/2 assing things. I tried everything to get it to shove on the last little bit but it wasn’t happening. The only good thing was the rest of the install was a breeze after that monumental task.

There are still quite a few fitment issues I’m not thrilled with in the design overall. I plan to address them in the future but for now, I’m over it.

It was easier for me to get to that s hose from underneath the car.

I was underneath. Can’t get to it from the top cause the PTU blocks your access.

Oh, and this thing sounds like a belt squeak mixed with exhaust leak. It’s loud past half throttle acceleration.

Replaced the brakes with a set of R1 geomet rotors and ceramic pads.
I got a **** of a deal on them so I figured I'd give them a shot. So far they aren't any better than stock, but they aren't worse either.
I know the wheels need cleaning real bad. That'll happen when I go to put on the g2 caliper paint next weekend.

did a 5.2 L synthetic oil change - fl500S filter - cleaned up the belly pan- full of remnants of nuts - squirrels -bastards- think left from previous owner - I've placed a few "pine" scented air fresheners in eng bay - little buggers can destroy your soya wiring - noticed my eng block heater extension wire plug was hanging down close to first cat- prong was quite melted . never need it here in Vancouver - vacuumed interior- is that belly pan really necessary?
