LSA = YUM
You let me know when it does. I'll buy one just so I can say I bought a MOMO shift **** for less than $75.DDakRT:
I thought so too, it's classy yet futuristic, but it's $80. I don't really care for the Momo name, hopefully they'll drop the price soon.AutoSHO:
#1 - That thing is awesome.
AutoSHO, what flex are you talking about, the fact that it's a leather **** and not metal? Because no matter how plain it looks, I always went back to the stock ****.
And with any MOMO or imitator **** that's tall and slim, like the Combat or Anatomica or whatever, they sit at an angle that simply does not work on the SHO. And like stated above, the allen screws never stay in place and the shifter works loose very quickly. Not even the ball shifters felt good because they were too small.
I feel the stock shifter offers the best feel in general and when you're tugging hard at the track. I can only imagine being in the middle of an autocross when that MOMO shifter starts working loose and comes out in your hand in a tight exit.
I'm still waiting to see someone come up with a custom re-leathering to the stock boot and ****. Maybe each quadrant of the boot gets a grayish/silver alternating with black. The knobs belly can be in black with the top in silver leather. Just a thought.
But never mind me. I sold my SHO for a Town Car.
