I'm contemplating what shift **** I will buy for my 92, and wanted to see some pics of others..?! I had looked at the Momo Cobra, and like the looks of it, but wanted to see others. Thanks to all for the posts and pics!

I have a Razo Carbon Fiber and aluminum shift **** that I got for a good price. I've seen it as high as $80 (yipes) but I paid ~$35. I like it, the stock **** has some flex to it that contributes to the somewhat unprecise feel of the stock shifter. I do not have a good picture of it yet, give me until this weekend. I will try to find a picture of the **** itself somewhere.

Edit: This is the one I have... Razo RA54

Momo Combat with yellow insert and yellow leather Momo shift boot. It is also availible in a wide variety of other colors. Its comfortable, but positioned wrong on the SHO. It needs to be tilted forward more.

Soon to be replaced with a Momo Aluminum Sport.

I want to have it powdered coated black to better go with the rest of the car. Not that anyone cares or anything. pcorn

You might google OMP USA. They have cool accessories, especially their pedal covers.

Very nice grip, very comfortable. Also chopped the shifter down a good 3+ inches to make it look less like a truck.

Advocate, I saw the Combat Evo Shift ****/boot combo, but its a bit too expensive for me right now.. The EVO was what I want, actrually moreso than the cobra, any places cheaper than the $80 or so on ebay?
Also, how did you do the cut-down of the shifter shaft, on the top of the bottom? Or did you take a piece out of the middle and reweld it or something? Thanks!

#1 looks like something you'd get a finger caught in while in the middle of a quick shift...

Are you talking about threaded set screws?

My carbon fiber/aluminum shift ****, very similar to the Momo Aluminum Sport posted by yellowSHO has them. Allen set screws, they are VERY difficult to keep tight, unless of course you use red loctite
:D

But it is universal, and I love the shift ****. thumb
