shaking at idle smooth at 2k rpm

My 1994 taurus SHO MTX shakes and sputters for a second when revved from idle but smooths out like a champ past 2000 backfires a tiny bit too when revved rapidly from idle and makes a sucking sound. When held at 1500 rpm it runs ok but every second or so it makes kind of a sound like a miss it isnt a random miss you can time it no knocking or tapping sounds and no smoke from exhaust and no troubles starting

Have you pulled the codes and did you do any work recently on the SHO?

the sucking sound suggests a significant vacuum leak, which would explain your other symptoms. I'd start by looking for a vacuum leak.
