Thats what I am being told here locally, and that means they can't get any. And ford will only sell the whole pulley.

Anyone have a part# aftermarket?

It's for the lower idler pully ATX.

Thanks

If I could get my hands on one I could look it up in my big book-o'-bearings. I tried to look up the number before and got nowhere. I'll stick it on the Cordax here and measure it to be sure what size it is and find a suitable replacement.

One of the 6 SHO Buggy owners in the Phoenix area is using idlers from a Chevy truck on his 3.2. He gave me a couple of spares. If you get the measurements, post them and I'll see if these will work.

NSK is a bearing manufacturer (we buy from them) but that number is not a standard bearing number, it doesn not cross referance to anything (I looked a while back). If someone could send me a bearing I can find one that will work.

Ford says 112 bucks and they don't have any.

According to them there is one on the 3.0 that is the same, but I can't see what they are meaning on my 3.0. They say they gen 3 won't work.

Does anyone have the part# for the gen 3, so I can just ask for it specifically?

Jelloslug, when I find one for my car I will give you my old one so everyone can just buy the bearing from now on.

Thanks for your help.

Did they say why? The bearing is the exact same as in the 3.0L pulleys. I have mounted them on my 3.0L spare motor and I cannot see why they wouldn't work, same diameter.

I had a part number but when a member got that number he came up with the tensioner pulley. Ask FordPartsNetwork.

Yes they do

www.kamandirect.com

I don't take fords word for much unless the guy knows SHO's, I'd rather just ask here but for 35 bucks after shipping and tax it's still cheaper than a new pulley anyway, and they can get the other ones if I need them as well.

I am also sending my old bearing to Jelloslug and he's going to look it over as well.
