need diagrams for etc my car is cold!!!!!!!!!

does anyone know what wires are what that go to the etc in a 92 sho mtx if it matters there is power going into it to light the interior lights but the lcd does not work and i only get cold air from the vents not the fan i have tried 2 seperate etc's and both are the same


also can i play with the vac lines and maybe just open wone of the vents so i can at least get warm engine bay air
