MTX in gear but still rolls

We just got the 3.2 MTX swap back together after putting it back on the floor in gear, it still rolls back and forth. It hasn't been started yet until this is figured out. I'm assuming a non-engaging clutch but would like other opinions.

Have you tried adjusting the clutch yet? On the first motor I pulled I had to pull up on the pedal and then push down to adjust it before the clutch worked properly. I don't remember if it would roll around though.

make sure you didnt damage your clutch cable during the swap...

I'm from the old mechanical linkage school and hadn't yet had to adjust a clutch cable. That was it, as one pull up on the pedal caused a big click and it seems to be working properly. Thanks.
