My 2011 13 second 1/4 mile SHO chirped the tires with the LMS tune going into 2nd gear and I thought the same thing as you, man this thing has some power!

My 2015 12 second flat 1/4 mile SHO with gearhead tune never chirps the tires going into 2nd. Slamming it into 2nd gear is a great way to fool the butt dyno as I learned once I got a dragy and learned how to look at data logs.

All the same mods on both cars?

No, my 2011 had downpipes only, but I ran their tune on my 2015 when I first bought car and it chirped the tires on 2nd gear with that too. My issues with it not going into 2nd gear didn't start until I put the downpipes on and got the tune update for my 2015. Went thru a month of back and forth emails with them telling me noone else had that problem, then switched to unleashed for the next 3 weeks until I finally got a tune from brad. Ran that for a year then when I bought upgraded fuel pump and intercooler I switched to gearhead.
