I posted a few weeks ago about my blend door actuator possibly being the source of my no heat problem.
But before I pulled back the dash to check out the BDA, I was wondering if a vacuum line would have anything to do with the problem. Because I changed my heater core last spring and was thinking that maybe I missed putting a vacuum line back on.
So do the vacuum lines have anything to do with the car producing heat?

No, but Fuse F17 does.

The vacuum supply is used to switch the inlet and outlets for the airflow. The actual blend door is electric (on an auto climate system).
