This is a product that I have been waiting for and would be interested in. I'm sure it would give my SHO the stance and handling I desire and offering this fully adjustable suspension product for our cars is great.

We all know how hard aftermarket performance parts are for us to find. I'm not alone when I say that Matt, Mike and Kurt have done a fabulous job in finding and supplying us with these innovative parts for our cars.

With any new product there are going to be some of us that simply want more information on the product, especially because it is new and untested.

he prob. wants to know if they are going to be "ground up" units,or modifieds units, and if they're modified, from what were they sourced? so things like vehicle wieght can be taken into consideration. like i said, the first rounds of probe/mx6 ksports were modified protege units, and anyone who feels like searching probetalk can find out how that turned out

To be honest I wont know till they start production and that wont happen till we have 5 orders. If they do it right it should be fine, just like Koni, Quafie, etc....

ummm, they come assembled. its a matter of four bolts on the top,two on the bottom. than they're in.as far as lowering, like i mentioned,my car is lowered by lowering the strut body ONLY,so the strut isnt compressed anymore than it would be at full ride hieght.

My friend will have to go into this in more detail but from what I understand the springs have to be slightly preloaded before setting the car down. If the springs are left loose this causes the problem. Ian can get into more detail later.

We do have 3 interested parties, just need 2 more!

Thanks for the input here bro. Obviously it was a case of incorrect installation.

I am seriously considering these...

if your talking about having the firm/soft **** set to full firm, than hitting a bump causing them to fail..thats not a installation error, thats a part failure. if i'm misunderstanding what your talking about, please correct me.

yeah thats what i was talking about but only one of them was fully hard and the other was fully soft so one side of the car bounced and the other didnt... it they were both like that it wouldnt have happened

Does anybody actually have a set of these on there SHO? I am assuming not! Considering they have not been built for the application as i read it! I am intrested in these, but i am not laying down penny one until i see some long term real would use results on a SHO! $900.00 +shipping + install labor + time = to damn much money to spend on struts that arent going to last and will have to be warrentied fairly quickly! which means more down time and money! I am all for new parts for the SHO but they got to be worth the cash i am spending on them! Crap is Crap i dont care who sells it!

Show me how these things are holding up after a 90 day daily driving period! With proper installation and if after they are working spot on! Then count me in for 2 sets!

sorry,i just don't see how that would be considered user error? i keep my konis on full soft in the front and full hard in the rear. using your example hitting a pothole w/my front than rears should cause them to blow...which in six years use,has never happened.

no,i understand what he means,i just don't see how thats user error?
the dampening is adjustable for a reason, you should be able to have all four wheels set differently if you feel so inclined.
