On the 17’ and newer engines i believe. D35 second gen ecoboost engine.They are almost completely different 3.5l ecoboosts and i dont think they are made from borrowed 3.5l duratec engines anymore. Like other manufactures like toyota and nissan, they added port injection along with DI to help clean the intake valves and for other reasons my brain is too asleep right now to remember. Oh and to add power to the raptor

I use the search function plenty, and I've read a ton of threads here before I even joined. There's a lot of good info, and an equal amount of complete garbage. Don't confuse someone's shoforum seniority as making them God's gift to motorsport.
What exactly is it anyone's accomplished here, anyway? Spent money and (sometimes) installed their parts themselves? Sent an email for someone else to tune their car for them? Are these supposed to be impressive skillsets? ****, can everyone in the supposed brain trust here even say they were in their car when it made its fastest pass?
Having even 100,000 timeslips doesn't immediately prove that someone knows how to read or interpret them. Especially when they're arguing about the big end but their track doesn't even have 1000' times...
The notion that a 4-5 shift eats up anywhere close to .2 seconds of et is absolute bunk. It's not theory: traveling x distance at y rate of speed takes z seconds whether it's a taurus, a corvette, or even a damned school bus. No amount of flaming on either side will change that.

@SM105K Thank you for solidifying my point. You seem to think you and your little pile of bolt-ons are a truly unique and special snowflake that no mere mortal can achieve. We're talking about car mods that can be done with a do-it-herself tool kit, but you're acting like you own the world land speed record or something.
I was literally just trying to have a basic civil conversation that was quickly dragged by someone else into chest puffing and dredging up & perverting my irrelevant 3 month old post simply because how DARE someone challenge their interpretation. During that time I apologized to Jordan in my very first response for disagreeing, apologized in the second response for not clearly conveying myself AND for the misinformation about the 3.39, reiterated in the 3rd response that I wasn't looking for dick measuring contest, asked a 2ND TIME that we stay on subject in my 5th response, and then even stupidly apologized for being out of line at the end of it.
Yet you STILL continued. And you've proclaimed proudly how much you like to deliberately troll me so how you think you can point a finger and call me the child is beyond amazing. Come on guys lets get back on track. We almost had something with that running full e85 part.
Personally I'm pretty interested in that for a whole lot of reasons. I wanna see what kind of power that can make, how reliably, and the whole just fill up with e85 and not bother with mixing would be awesome.

I think I can say confidently that this thread has gotten out of hand since I was last here. I BELIEVE I was asked to show slips of my baseline runs. So here there are; It was a sunny 67 degrees with a bit of a hellish crosswind. I had 3/4 tank of gas. DA was 3639ft (released from the raceway). The best of the day for me was 13.626 sec. My gf got a video of my 13.745 run but I doubted anyone on here would care to see that so I saved the servers. Lastly, because this was a pop up closed season T&T, the track did not hook up their scales. So I still don't know how much it weighs.

Yaklin was the first to try full E85, only was able to get E50. First issue was the LPFP. He hasn't gone any farther due to family issues. That was couple years ago, but there has been improvements since then.
First what we have done with these cars with linited aftermarket support is amazing. Starting with BPD, then Ryan Spenser, then Jordan. Seriously ever think we would have a SHO this heavy flirting with 10s. Just amazing.
Yeah having the fastest Gen4/5 is awesome feeling, but having a track championship is just as good or better.

I would love to be one of the ones to try the 2 new pumps with injectors and go full send on e85.
That's currently not in the budget though, between a wedding/honeymoon, and a never ending custody fight money for the car is limited.

No. And what do i need attention for, i really dont care about the other day im just here trying to get back on topic with starting it about the new pump and e85. And i also tried a few tanks of e85 and thats what was in my car when it blew up. With the borescope image i have, e85 on stock setup and livernois v11 and me being an idiot and flooring it caused the temps to get to high and the piston ring to destroy the cylinder. I hope there is an actual e85 setup soon.

Thank you, I have to say it felt great at the track. Quiet and pulled hard. The intake, coolant, PTU etc seemed to get hotter than I figured they would after just one or two runs though.

Uhh i been like a member like right after you was a member. I been here long enough, ive shown my normal stupidity but i still try to help out. I just didnt like being called out by mystic so im sorry. Im on many threads trying to help out everyday. Ive dumped 13k into this car in the past couple months. Not to mention all my other upgrades. I got around 20k in the car in a year. I dont care about my name but you aint gettin my address lol. So heres my proof of money in my car, beat that lol and i even got a **** of a deal because its my familys shop. I think the engine list price was around 7-8k but he installed it for free, its just written up funny when install price should be added to engine cost from Ford Racing.
