The last few weeks have been trying on my patience, but I know I can always rebut with facts. This factual analysis allows folks with actual human brains to listen and understand.
It has taken a time toll on me to defend myself against these baseless accusations, but it has now triggered something darker in me. After looking back at old emails and other contacts and reminding myself why 802SHO has a problem with me, I am mad. It reminded me of the period of time (that I've tried to forget) early in the pandemic where my father was suffering a slow and excruciating death for a period of 2 months and then when he did die, I had to deal with all the bs of his estate and all the problems that come with that (paying off debts to prevent foreclosures, etc) for months afterwards. I was not taking on any "big" projects such as 802SHO's at that time and told everyone so. Andrew must have thought I was "dissing" him or something and I've been trying to get inside his head knowing some things and understand why he may have taken it this way.
I HAD never spoken poorly of his build and actually thought it was pretty cool with the way everything fit together nice and symmetrical because my OCD likes symmetry.
I have continued to be truthful with everyone (including him about the limitations of his platform) as I always have and I have now been proven right yet again with the PCM limitations on the 10-12 cars for all to see. I have always prioritized durability with customer's cars and have verbalized all risks involved with tuning, parts etc. I let the customer decide the best risk/reward after careful analysis on how far to push things. Some don't care if things break and we go hard, and some want a safety margin, so we keep things safe(r). Having the world's fastest SHO or not doesn't have any major effect on my business because most of my customers don't care about another 2 tenths in the 1/4 mile when it beats up on the drivetrain or have another huge risk to the vehicle they need to drive on a daily basis.
Even with the safest of setups crap still happens from time to time. My hesitancy to make "risky" tunes should speak volumes to those who understand that bad things happening always befalls the tuner for liability even when it is out of their control. This is not coming from a place of lacking technical or software ability as alleged by 802sho, but rather a place of personal responsibility.
The word "personal" has new meaning now. This has all been personal since all the technical arguments have now been thoroughly disproven at this point. His point about turbine flow is valid to an extent, but the rest of what he's consumed all of our time with is AI-Generated jargon that has no cohesive point or real meaning. His non-factual attack of my products and services will not be tolerated any longer. If you want to talk facts and continue to let the platform evolve, let's have a discussion about it using human speech and factual information. Wordy and meaningless diatribes do nothing to evolve the platform.
