Call around to muffler and exhaust shops. You may also want to check with custom performance shops. Not an unusual part on today's exhaust systems.

Why am I getting quoted prices of like 200+ numbers?! I am confused. The mechanic I always bring my SHO too said they cost alot. He tried to weld and fix the old one but to no avail... I hope we are all thinking of the meshed pipe that connects the ypipe to the cat-back. I am confused!

The mesh is just a cover over the bellows section of the pipe that allows it to bend. You should be able to get one installed for around $150 total. That's a whole lot more than the $5 donut gasket on the MTX, eh?
