fel-pro spring bolt replacement?

part of a description mentioned the exhaust manifold so i wanted to see if this is the y-pipe to cat-back spring bolt replacement and if it only includes 1 bolt and spring or both pairs. thanks

I believe it's 2 bolts, springs, and flag nuts for the cat back ******.

yep, Its two spring bolts and 2 washers..For an MTX only though...ATX has no spring loaded bolt.
