Your readings are just about perfect, especially in Ohio in the winter. The engine likes to run at a high temperature where it is ultra efficient.
Only get a new rad when it starts to leak, no leak, things are good. It is not like the old days when the copper fins separated from the transfer tubes (after they turned green), and you lost your cooling efficiency.
If the high reading on your gauge worries you, you can replace the thermostat, either with another 195 Degree F or a 180 Degree F unit. When you gauge jumps around from hot to cold to back to hot, then your thermostat is telling you it wants out.
Leave the sensor alone, it seems to be doing a good job.
