The fan got replaced a few months ago after it overheated and went into safe mode stranding me in the pouring rain. It failed again. WTF. Luckily I have been keeping an eye on this and as soon as I saw this I pulled over for 45 minutes and waited for rush hour traffic to lighten up. If this car strands me again I am going to .... well I just don't know. But I do know that I am not happy.

So, the check engine light came on. Had to bring it back. They failed to make a electrical connection apparently. Didn't take it for a test spin after they 'fixed it' and added coolant, didn't reset the oil life function and couldn't make a simple electrical connection. Damn flat rate - what ever happened to quality and pride in ones work. BS.
That is all.

Nice... Sounds like my 08' G8 experience with an oil pan gasket leak. Has returned... 2 years later. 9 QT oil pan... big job to fix. First going to tighten it and hope for the best. If it had an under engine cover like EB engines, I could just catch and retrieve!!!!! Dealers just aren't very careful anymore. At least I can take it to the other G8 dealer where I bought my 09'.

Sounds like you need to find a new dealer to do your service work....
