Short and simple.

93 ATX

Car started. Car died, within a minute.
Car didn't want to start back up.
Motor was cranking and turning.
No fuel pump prime.
Fuel pump switch is fine in the trunk.
Popped hood. Opened coolant top to add coolant.
Smoke just coming out and smelled like an electrical burn.
I believe the coolant level sensor crapped.
Everything works as in lights, radio, wipers, and ect.

Any opinions?

Sorry for the weird write up. I just wanted to make it plain and simple with out writing a story of what happened.

Thanks!

Unplug the low coolant sensor!
I tried already, but it's a no go. :(
If the coolant level sensor shorts out, you also have to replace the blown IGN COIL fuse in the underhood fusebox. 10A, IIRC.

If this fuse is blown, you will get no PCM relay power and consequently, no other relays in the CCRM will have power. Result = No fuel pump and no start.
