SHOMA said:Hey man, any way to post some pics of it, or email em to [email protected]? Id be interested in doing away with the radio controls, although the clock Id probably keep... Where do you get the 40/40 epoxy, and does is it solid once cured? I would imagine id have to affix some sort of plastic piece first so that the epoxy has something to build off of, right? Thanks for the info man, sounds like a cool idea.

Duramix is the brand of the epoxy, I've used it for console mods (I'm an aftermarket sunroof installer) and filling holes on plastic bumpers and such with no problem. I'll try and find out where we order it from. As for affixing it, I just put some duct tape on the back of the bezel behind the clock and radio controls and filled it up with epoxy, then used a razor blade to shave the excess and smooth/shape the top as best I could. After it cured I sanded it and got it smooth. I'll see if I can find the work in progress pics and mail them too you.
Did a little poking around online here is the epoxy I used... http://products3.3m.com/catalog/us/...us_aad_3_0/command_AbcPageHandler/output_html
