What brand did you buy? The APEX brand are not the correct size o-rings. They are too thin. I always go with Fel-Pro.

I will be ordering that as soon as I get home
They also come in the water pump mount kit but it looks like RA is out of those at the moment. Stay away from the APEX brand for these o-rings. APEX for everything else is pretty good. Their valve cover set is the best on the market.

It never even gets above a quarter on the temp gauge fans are running doesn't smell hot or run like it's hot no missing coolant no Milky oil new thermostat and still blowing the o ring off the pipe on the side that goes into the water pump this last time it did it I cant even find the o ring I think the motor ate it or something so I put a new water pump and it still blows the o ring backwards on the pipe

Post pictures of what you are doing. Did you get the correct seal kit? I have done this job over 50 times in the last 20 years and have never seen it leak at these seals let alone have enough play to blow the seal off. My guess is either a. Wrong seals still, b. Damage to the water pump housing, or c. Improper installation. These seals are supposed to be a tight fit. It takes pressure to get the water pump housing on the pipe when installing and it's takes a lot of pressure to get the housing off the pipe when removing. If the seal can physically be moved out of the groove when installed then tolerances are off at some point.

I ordered the fel pro kit and new water pump housing it's an extremely tight fight with the o rings.. the last time this happened it sucked the o ring thru the engine I dont understand how because it's not blowing the pipe out I will post pictures when I get back to the car
