Another thought on my warped rotors at only 5k of use.

I just remembered that the rotor prob came up about 2 weeks after I had the wheels rotated. So do you think that its definently the way they put the rims back on?

Do you mean that the shop may have greatly overtorqued the lug nuts and this may have helped cause the warpage? Almost certainly. The other part of the warpage equation is that the brakes must heat and cool over many cycles to appreciably warp the rotors. How hard have you been driving?

From what I've read even an uneven torque can cause warpage.
