If its the same one DVP had, it's quick. The inertia switch was too sensitive though. I believe it got sold to a southern gentleman

All I know is I want to see some #'s on it with the bugs worked out. I was extremely dissappointed with the original #'s that were posted. With a cam, exhaust and tune this car/motor should put down some big numbers (for a NA SHO).

No, thats it. LOL

It was either grab it from Dillon or see a White 89 go to the scrap heap.

Currently it now has Tri-Flows with gasket matched/lightly ported heads. I'm in the process of doing a complete head job on another set of heads that will go on in the spring. After that she will be getting a proper tune and we'll see what she does.

The plan is to eventually swap the engine into my 91+. All its lacking at this point is body work and paint and she will be done. At that point the 89 will become my new resto project. I want to bring her back to nice DD status.
